01Approval first
Every message, post, review reply or ad change becomes a draft with the reason and the source it is based on. The owner approves, asks for changes or rejects it on the dashboard. A guard in the system blocks any send that does not match an approved draft.
02A 90-day plan with one next step
The plan is built with the owner after the interview. The dashboard always shows one next step, and new ideas or requests are added to the plan instead of interrupting it.
03Lead follow-up and speed to lead
Lead e-mails from the website, marketplaces and booking tools are read into the CRM with their source. The Follow-up agent prepares the reply right away and schedules follow-ups on open estimates, so the time to the first reply goes down.
04Review requests and replies
After every finished job, the Reputation agent prepares a review request with the direct link to the Google Business Profile, for every customer. It also drafts replies to new reviews.
05Reactivation of past customers
The Reactivation agent finds past customers and old leads worth contacting again, such as maintenance due or estimates that were never closed, and drafts the campaign.
06A simple local CRM
Contacts, deals and activities with pipeline stages adapted to the business. Contacts can be imported from a spreadsheet or another system and exported to CSV at any time.
07Numbers from Google and Meta
The dashboard collects website visits (Google Analytics), Google search clicks (Search Console), the Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta pages and ads, when they are connected. The Analyst agent writes a weekly report.
08Your data stays with you
The system runs on the owner's computer. A daily backup goes to the owner's Google Drive and, for businesses that do not handle regulated records, a private copy goes to the owner's own GitHub account.
